About these terms
These terms apply to the Chale invitation website at saychale.app, operated by WaterMeetSky Limited (WMS Africa), #25 Nyanyo Street, Adenta, Ghana. By requesting access, you agree to these terms. Contact chale@wms.africa with questions.
Requesting access
Joining the list is free and open to adults aged eighteen and over. Use your own accurate contact details and keep private links and invitation codes secure.
A request does not guarantee access, priority or a release date. Invitations may expire. Any additional terms for Chale will be provided before you use it.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of your answers and feedback. You allow us to use them to review your request and improve Chale, as explained in our Privacy notice. We will ask before publishing an identifiable quotation.
Using the website
Do not impersonate others, submit someone else’s private information, send spam, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access for misuse.
Changes and questions
We may change, suspend or close the invitation programme. Availability is not guaranteed; we will explain material changes affecting pending requests. Ghanaian law applies without limiting your mandatory rights. Contact chale@wms.africa with concerns.
