Using Chale

Chale is provided by WaterMeetSky Limited (WMS Africa), #25 Nyanyo Street, Adenta, Ghana. These terms apply to the app. By using Chale, you agree to them. You must be 18 or over and have an invitation. Questions can go to chale@wms.africa.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your phone, sign-in methods and invitation code secure. Use only accounts and information you have the right to access. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your instructions and approvals

Check the details on each action card before approving. Where offered, Always allow gives permission for that kind of action without asking each time. Choose it only for actions you want Chale to take on that basis.

Google email sending and Google Calendar changes require approval of the exact email or event on a card each time. Payments, when available, will require approval and the MoMo prompt. Always allow does not remove those checks.

Payments

Payments are not available yet. When enabled, Hubtel will process payments; Chale will not hold money. The amount and any fees will be shown before approval. Check the recipient, MoMo number, meter and other details before continuing.

Use it responsibly

Do not use Chale for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, spam or harassment. Do not infringe someone else’s rights, access their information without permission, bypass security or disrupt the service.

Check what matters

AI can misunderstand, make mistakes or give incomplete information. Check important answers and proposed actions, especially those affecting money, health or legal matters. Do not rely on Chale for emergencies.

Your content and other services

Your content remains yours. You give WMS Africa permission to store and process it, including through the providers described in our privacy policy, only as needed to run Chale and carry out your requests.

Connected services, including Google, websites you use and Hubtel when payments become available, have their own terms. Their availability and decisions are outside our control.

Availability and responsibility

Chale is an early service. Features may change, stop or be unavailable. We will explain material changes affecting your use. Beyond what the law requires, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose.

To the extent Ghanaian law allows, WMS Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Chale. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory rights.

Ending your account

You can stop using Chale or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security reasons or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Ghanaian law applies, without limiting rights that apply to you by law. Contact chale@wms.africa with questions or concerns.
